Sans Frontières Fontäne Süssholz und Zimt erreichtEin wunderbarer Bleue, von Hand hergestellt auf einem Bauernhof in 1100m Hhe an der Schweizer Grenze sdlich von Pontarlier. Die Rezeptur des Absinths stammt aus dem 19. Jahrundert, der Wermut ist aus eigenem Anbau. Geschmacklich erinnert der Sans Frontieres an Schweizer Bleues, allerdings mit einer wesentlich wrzigeren stark wermutlastigen Note.
