Minots is the warmest part of the valley; as the valley opens up, the sites are cooler. This wine has nice concentration with passion fruit and a salty minerality. "The 2023 Chablis "les Schets" from Domaine Piuze is also a fine example of the vintage. The wine's aromatic constellation delivers scents of apple, pear, lemon blossoms, a lovely base of limestone soils, beeswax and a nice touch of Chablisienne
