After six months of aging on red dragon fruit, Carmine picked up a vibrant rose colour. Expect some vinous notes from the foeder, alongside flavours of honeydew melon and sour mango with rounded tartness, juicy, and effervescent mouthfeel. 5. 6% ALC.
